That is what we experienced as Julie Courtney, Jeff Owen, Bob Loker and Steve Byrd (along with yours truly) met for two full days and an evening to learn the ins and outs of teaching the PL course to a group.
We called it "Top Gun" because we hosted the school where the US Navy's Atlantic Fleet is based. Navy fighters were constantly zipping over with the roar of their rockets at low altitudes. (In keeping with the motif, everyone had a code name...just in case the enemy was listening in on what we were up to...LOL.)
Each taught an assigned lesson and each received helpful and encouraging feedback on how to do it "even better".
Everyone worked hard in preparing, in teaching and in helping each other. And, going for a walk by the Atlantic Ocean is a great way to decompress when your head and your heart are both very full. Plus, making meals, eating and cleaning up together all made for part of the fun.
